Our Business

RIB Publishing was started in 1989. It was the publisher Profiles & Angles, which is the first periodical on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and the Del-Mar-Va Peninsula that was dedicated to the Black community. RIB has a history of advocating for social justice causes, children and their families.

Over the years, the business has evolved to what it is today in that we have added to our publishing credentials.

Who We Are

Jacqueline B. Jones

        Jacqueline has a lengthy history in writing, publishing, civil rights, radio and television, education, training, promotions, public relations, consulting businesess and community building. She is a change agent with the leadership knowledge to build collaborations to work toward a sustainable future for children and their families.

Kendra Banks

        Kendra is a source of charged creativity that ranges from idea generating, to song writing, to choreography to script/play writing to innovative strategies. She has appeared in movies like "Step Up" and other theatrical and media productions in Maryland. She is the creator of "Vixens".

       She was recently one of ten finalists in the popular Black Enterprise Magazine's Elevator Pitch Competition.
